Contraindications

THE LEGAL PAGE FOR INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE TO TAKE PLACE

Indian Head Massage is renowned for being an extremely effective and safe therapy to have, but like everything, it is only safe and effective when you follow the guidelines.  Below is a list of contraindications (which means “reason to withhold a certain medical treatment due to the harm that it would cause the patient”).

24 hour skin test is required before you can have an Indian Head Massage, alternatively you may bring with you your own oils which you know have been tried and tested and you have no allergy or reaction to.

When you arrive for your appointment, I will read these out and you will sign the Consultation Form to declare you have advised me of all your health etc., information in full, declaring to me you are fit to have and enjoy the experience of the Indian Head Massage and you have declared all health issues and added and declared any of your own contraindications which were not listed.
